Village Way, Ashford - 4 flats

Approved as a detached house, the Inspector could find no grounds to refuse it other than the “comings and goings” associated with 4 flats, and a hedge being reduced from 21m long to 20m. No time to challenge this serious error in the High Court unfortunately, but an interesting case study. Still pleased for the owners they will have a wonderful big new 5-bedroom house!
