At the Southern corner of The Firs Estate Conservation Area, this new detached house of over 3000 sq ft has been designed to echo the charming Arts and Crafts village aesthetic, but with a personality of its own. It replaces a much smaller house and planning consent was granted under officer delegated powers in June 2021.
