Our new design for this prominent corner has now been approved by Lambeth for full planning permission. It takes an innovative raking form at the back, with a conventional facade wrapping around the corner, building up from the existing building footprint. The requirement for enlarged recessed balcony areas has again informed the design, which includes foliage design laser cut L-shaped metal balustrade-screens. The building form zigzags away from the adjacent residential block and includes a long roof garden along Hinton Road.
